Needed a little something else.
The strength training is going well and of course, Insanity workouts are great as always. I was also doing HipHop Abs at night but it just wasn’t exciting enough for me. It’s kind of boring and really not engaging enough for my liking. So I decided it was time to try something else..
Last night I tried TurboFire’s Fire30 and boy was I shocked! I could barely keep up with Chalene but her energy made me want to keep going even though I felt pretty stupid. I’m going to keep at it though and try Fire45 tonight. Maybe if I just keep doing it I’ll pick up the moves. Let me tell you, I was definitely sweating after about 5 minutes of that! Glad I got a good surprise and found something else I enjoy :)
